Glossostigma Elatinoides From Seeds

Expecting my shipment of Glossostigma elatinoides seeds any day. It said it can cover a 3x3 tank. I've never dealt with soil in an aquarium and my issue is that I'd like to put it in an already established 10 gallon aquarium and if it works out eventually my other ten gallon and my 5.5 gallon betta tank. The 10 gallon id like to put it in has 5 fish and a snail. It's heated and never has/had any issues with too much bio load or dirty water because I do water changes often and have a high powered filter. I guess I can't just put them in the gravel like expected because they'll float? I just don't want to have to take my fish out and house them elsewhere for a week or two until they take root. My options I guess are to grow them in soil in some kind of container and transplant them. The description when I bought them said they grow fine in gravel but should I empty my tank and put a layer of soil and then my gravel before I transplant them (even tho it'll require taking my fish out). I just worry about dirty water from soil so I feel the need to have some kind of substrate on top of soil (if it's even neccesary). Can I get away with just adding fertilizer to the water maybe? Any advice or tips would be great. These are new plants to me. I've had betta bulbs (can remeber the proper name at the moment) but got rid of them a while ago. So I have slight experience with plants. Very very minimal experience. Help!?

Ebay is overflowing with these seeds, but they are not glosso or HC as they claim. They are a form of terrestrial carpeting plant that does really well with a dry start, but dies underwater, and then hygrophila (probably h. polysperma) grows in its place.

If you want to grow actual glosso it likes CO2 and a soil substrate

How does one species grow in the place of another after it dies I'm confused. The seeds can't just turn into hygrophila ????

They aren't the cheap ones from eBay I bought it from a person who grows and sells plants.

I believe there are hygro seeds are mixed in and they only grow after submersion.

Dry start and then transplant will be your best bet.
