Glofish swimming erratically, upside down.

Hi everyone,
I have a 75 gallon freshwater aquarium and house 4 silver dollars, 7 cardinal tetras, 1 betta, 7 GloFish tetras, 2 red eye tetras, (1) three spotted gourami, 1 small tiger pleco, 1 black skirt tetra, 4 black neon tetras, 1 ADF, 4 Nerite snails, and 4 assassin snails.
I spotted one of my Glofishes swimming wild, all around, upside down. I quickly tested the parameters and temp, everything is good! So I put her in a hospital tank of 10 gallons and added about 2 tablespoons of aquarium salt dissolved. I haven’t fed her since yesterday.
I thought maybe she would have a little more balance today but she’s still swimming erratically, and it bothers me to see her that way.
I wonder if she’s in pain? I am going on day 2 fasting. Maybe tomorrow I can attempt to give her the skinless cooked pea. She looks so uncomfortable what is she doesn’t even notice the pea?
Is there any other remedy I can do? I have included a video of her and a photo of the pentameters from the 75 gallon she just came from.

How long has this tank been running? I am always concerned when nitrate is zero. It would be good if you could test for ammonia.

If fish are swimming weird it might be constipation, epsom salt baths help with constipation.
If fish are not eating, garlic can tempt them, you can make a garlic paste with garlic and water and roll there favorite food in it.

I’m sorry , unfortunately my phone isn’t cooperating with my video of GloFish swimming. Oh man.. Anyway, there parameters show there is no ammonia. See photo below. I’m unsure of how to do the Epsom salt baths. ?? Her food are small pellets, so I don’t know how I would roll her food in minced garlic. Although, I do have some. Hope fully this video will work second time around.

Opps, that does say no ammonia, sorrry.

Epson salt bath =
1 tablspoon of epsom salt per gallonn of water.
use tank water or dechlorinated tap water or both. shake up the mixture a little and let it sit for a minute or 2, Pour it into a container where it is comfortable for your fish to swim but not jump out, then add the fish. Dont go over 15 minutes. If you want to make a smaller amount of Epsom salt water, that's fine of corse, just try to measure correctly, and don't overdo it with the salt, less is better than too much.

Add a small amount of water to some pulverized garlic. spread it out on a plate. sprinkle the fish food on to it, you might not even need to stir it, it should mesh together. or push it with the back of a spoon if you need to. You can try feeding it as is, or let it dry out first, you may need to scrape with a knife and crumble the food up. The Garlic does have some natural healthy benefits, but you might want to wait and see if your fish eats his regular food before going through the trouble. FYI. Seachums garlic gaurd is another way to enhance your fishfood with garlic.

Videos wont upload direct. You have to load them somewhere like Youtube first then paste the link here.

You can just soak some pellets in the juice from the garlic too.

I have exhausted all avenues with Loopy my GloFish. I have tried various treatments including Epsom salt baths, cooked unshelled peas, Seachem Garlic Guard with/without flakes & pellets combined with Seachem Focus, and Seachem Kanaflex, decreased water in her tank, bought a new heater to keep water temp at 80 degrees, and now I am following the instructions to just add the Kanaplex to the aquarium water since Loopy refuses to eat anything. I plan on doing the Kanaplex every 2 days in the water directly. Today was the first dose directly to the tank. She continues to flop on her side where a distended bubble is visible, but not on the other side. I am adding some API Stress Relief since she is exposing all of her side upright in the air. Trying to keep her slimy coat protected in the mean time. I don’t know what else I can do for her, I’m so discouraged. I added a picture below where there is a little whitening area where her distended bump is at. I’d appreciate any other feedback for her. I am really bonding with Loopy in her hospital tank.

I am very sorry, but sometimes the kindest thing we can do is let go. A few drops of clove oil can end her suffering very peacefully when used correctly.
