Hello! I'm setting up a 20 gal long tank that will have a school of glass catfish. I'm trying to think of another fish that would go well with them I was wondering if a betta would work. They are translucent and very peaceful so I've read that many people have kept them together before. I'm thinking of getting a female betta bc the tank will have a strong filter and she will be able to swim better with the shorter fins. Anyone have experience with the two before? Any thoughts appreciated!

Not much temp overlap between those two. What about a dwarf gourami and some panda cories for the bottom?

Yeah my idea if not a betta would be some corries... what about guppies?
