Glass cat problems

I’ve recently seen one of my glass cats swimming erratically. It’s been doing so for 24 hours now but the other four are completely fine. This one tends to swim in circles (spiraling) to the bottom before swimming back up, goes belly up just to right itself a second later, then swims both upright and a bit sideways. He eats just fine and I purposefully only feed him a small amount of daphnia each day in case it’s bloating but I’m worried it’s something worse after noticing white dots on his underbelly a few hours ago. I have him in quarantine now with melafix but after reading other threads would Klanaplex be better? I tried attaching a video but it will only let me attach photos.
A little about the tank; It’s a no filter 20 gallon tank but it does have a bubbler and a heater. It is fully planted, has a beta, 2 Cory cats, and including the sick, 5 glass cats. I also have two black devil snails and one mystery snail who are a little newer to the tank compared to the other inhabitants who have been here for a couple months now. One of the healthy glass cats looks to be full of eggs (I’ll try and get a photo of her if I can to attach as well). Any help will be much appreciated.

Seem like you are describing a swim bladder issue and the belly area looks a little bloated but can’t really see, could you take another angle?

Yes, I had to put him in a small bowl as he’d try and get to the top then sink. I’m starting to think it’s cottonmouth. He’s blurry but essentially his barbels have been shortened, he has fuzz on the end of one and a bit on his mouth, his ventral fin has two holes on the back portion that look to be getting bigger, and he’s a lot slower today. Though every time I would go to take a photo he’d move so sorry if it’s a bit blurry. I’ve does the water with Klanaplex this morning.

Hi and welcome to Fishlore.
How long have you had this setup? Glass Cats are regarded as very sensitive fish and don't seem to cope well when things are off. It does sound like an issue with the swim bladder, however this is just a symptom and not the cause of the illness.

A couple of things stand out to me, first being there is a Betta for a couple of reasons. This could be the result of a Betta attack and they require a different type of environment to the Betta. They enjoy some flow in the tank where the Betta does not.

Was the tank cycled and how long for? Have you tested the water?

I would avoid any medication until we actually know what is wrong, often dosing meds can do more bad than good. Your best bet for now is regular water changes on your tank and keep the water in the qt fresh.
Unfortunately it's unlikely to recover at the point it is at.

The set up has is about a year but the snails are new (about 3 weeks after the cats were brought home) and I do water changes every 2 weeks. The betta and corys have been in there since the beginning. The betta is very calm and has never shown aggression toward any of the inhabitants unless they swim in his fern. The bubbler creates a nice flow and my betta doesn’t seem to mind it and even purposefully goes into to swim across the tank to then swim back.
As for my sick cat, he seems to swim a little better after medicating the water and he even ate two daphnia. The tank itself is still doing great as well with no other sick looking fish.
