ghosties and cherrys

    i have a ten gallon tank that is home to four cherry barbs, one glass fish and one krib fry, with five ghost it possible to add cherry shrimp to this tank..or will they become a meal...?

    I would say your stocked as is, even a little over stocked. Two schools of fish are just too much for a 10 gallon, I would stick the the cherry barb school and get rid of the "Ghost fish" (Which I am assuming that these are Glass Catfish correct? If so, they will get way too big for your aquarium - around 4 inches). You need to rehome the Glass fish as well since you do not have a proper school of them. Possibly once you do the following of what I have recommended then you could possibly add some RCS

    Its an indian glassfish not a thinking of.rehoming the cherrys and glassfish and when the krib grows...he will move out too

    Yes, the RCS would become a meal.

    I agree that the tank is too small for the barbs.

    Also, the glassfish needs to be in a group of 5 or more.

    So, what is the ghost fish if it's not the glassfish? I'm very confused.
