Ghost shrimp with white substance under tail.

I purchased some ghost shrimp for my 10 gallon tank, one of them has white eggs/fungus/unknown substance under its tail.
I've searched quiet a bit and cannot find a direct answer to what the heck it could be.

Any ideas?

 

 

 

Those pictures are of the containment tank with some excess food in there currently.

 

Really hard to tell from that angle, maybe eggs? Could you get a side pic by any chance?
