Ghost Shrimp or Dwarf Frog?

Will my tank be able to hold one ghost shrimp?  5 tiger barbs and 4 skirt tetras in 15 gal.  Either a Ghost shrimp or a African Dwarf Frog...Which would be the best?

 

ghost shrimp if you want tiger barb food if I remember correctly, tiger barbs will attack/eat shrimp

I wouldn't get an African Dwarf Frog either. They won't be able to compete the aggressive tiger barbs.

yeah I had two ghost shrimp...
one got eaten...
I found my black skirt tetra eating him....haha
now I think I only have one
he hides under the fake plants

 

Yeah. I keep on hearing about how peaceful black skirt tetras are. I don't buy it one bit. The ones in the tank at my brother's day program at a bunch of neon tetras that had been introduced to the tank to add color.

 

I think the tiger barbs will bother the ghost shrimp... i've read that tiger barbs are a litte aggressive and will bother other fish
