I have a community tank with ghost shrimp, peppered corys, snails and platies. All my shrimp look normal except for one who has turned completely white. Is he sick?

I believe that means he is going to be molting soon

It depends on how white. If its like a slight milky tingex then its probably just molting. It it looks like its eaten white paint, and its insides are nearly completely white, its sickly. Once it turns white, I don't know how to helo them. All mine die less than a month after they show the white guts

VERY late reply, but this is most likely something called Muscular Necrosis, which commonly affects Ghost Shrimp.
This is a useful thread about shrimp diseases in general, but here is the section for necrosis and its causes: Shrimp Diseases and Diagnosis
