Ghost shrimp babies

Hi all. I'm a month into rearing ghost shrimp babies. They're still quite little, maybe a maximum of 1cm long. At what size do you think I can put them into a planted tank with guppies in? At the moment I guess the guppies could still eat them. How long do they take to grow and any advice? It's my first batch.
Thanks

I would say at least 2.5 cinemeters/ 1 inch

I've had a batch of babies since they were about 1cm long in a tank with big mollies and pufferfish and they haven't been getting eaten as far as I can tell. They know how to survive, hiding during the day and coming out at night. They grow pretty slowly, still about 2cm long at 3-4 months old.
