ghost shrimp and tiger barb

I have a 30 gallon tank with 1 pleco,11 tiger barbs,1 albino tiger barb,and 1 green tiger barb.Just yesterday I added a ghost shrimp to help clean my tank,and when I added him the tiger barbs chased him and nibbled at him.Will they stop chasing him after a couple days or did I just make a bad decision to add him to a tiger barb tank?
