I’m currently starting to cycle a 20 gallon tall tank. And I was looking at what fish I wanted and I saw the pea puffer. There where different things saying that they are ok with in community tanks as long as they are with fast swimming fish. Is this correct if so what tank mates should the puffer have.

They are highly aggressive toward other fish species.

The only one that I would chance it with would be otos, but even that doesn't work out all of the time.

Ok so they are a fish that should be in a tank by themselves

I hear they eat snails. Do they eat shrimp?
