My oscar will eat whatever I give him, maybe because he's stressed in a new place?
But one food that I like to give to my oscar is Cichlid Gold pellets.

I mean he’s been here a few weeks now so idk why he’d still be stressed and I’ve been trying cichlid pellets and tropical flakes

In general oscars should always be hungry especially a small one. Mine eat omega one pellets an and once in while eat Frozen krill and mysis Shrimp they love them. What size tank is he in? And what are your water parameters? And what are his tank mates?

He is only maybe three inches big, all his parameters are normal and he has no tank mates I’ve now tried pellets, tropical flakes, dried shrimp, live crickets and the only thing he will eat is little feeding guppies

I was thinking of trying bloodworms next I’m just sick of waiting money on food he won’t eat

That might be your issue, he might only want to eat feeder fish if that’s what he has been eating. Some oscars become picky eaters only eating what they want. But you can try weaning them off it. By not feeding anything for 2 days then offering pellets.

I only gave him feeding fish when I couldn’t get him to eat anything and I only fed them to him once

I once had a baby Oscar that wouldn’t eat. I added some dither fish in there with him that were know to eat well and he immediately started to eat. I would recommend that maybe you buy a temporary dither fish that you could either rehome when he starts eating or move to another tank. You could try maybe some silver dollars or something like them?

I’ll definitely look into that thank you!
