I just did a quick search. They're also called Giesener or Berlin guppies. You might have more luck with these names?
The only thing I can find on either names is people looking for them, or information on them.

yea, i'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing.. i'd just like to find out their needs, desirability and average going rate per trio.

Well I guess it means you'll be one of the first ones to get them, but it'll take you a year before they're common enough that you actually can find them, LOL.

There is a remark made here
That makes me think the geissen or Berlin is a finnage designation not a type of Guppy
"We also have a multI long fin (Geissen or Berlin) strain that throw some males with the Moscow body color. This is also a strain we acquired from Japan. "

hmm.. so does that mean geissens are a strain of moscows?
