GBR pellet quantity

Hello everyone I have a male German Blue Ram named Franklin! I got him on the 4th of July so I’ve had him going on 5 months now. He is such a beautiful fish I can just stare at him for hours! His blue shimmers from across the room and it’s crazy how he changes depending on how the light is hitting him. Anywho I feed him mainly mini sinking cichlid pellets and for treats I feed frozen brine shrimp, frozen bloodworms and occasionally live brine shrimp. His main meal though is the mini sinking pellets and I’m just curious how many you guys feed per 1 ram. I believe he is about fully grown at this point I feed him 8 to 9 pellets and he eats them all but it makes a bit of a mess. I was wondering if I could cut back to 4 or 5 to limit the mess but I also want to make sure it’s enough to fill his belly and make him happy!

I second that, but I’d just feed what he can eat. I personally feed my betta with my hands to make sure I don’t overfeed

Thank you all I guess I’ll just feed around 7. Pretty close to what I’m already feeding anyways. I was just worried about over feeding him
