Gbr Breeders

So I purchased my breeding pair of GBR from german blue rams and have been wanting to get another pair since I’m not sure if mine will ever stop fighting and bond again However, apparently they’re no longer in business. Does anyone sell or know of anyone who sells a TRUE bonded pair? Like let them choose their own mate, and put them through a few tests to confirm they have paired?

I can do that for you .I usually just pick a pair that has formed in grow out tank and send them to my customers .Most report breeding activity back quickly.
Do you have successful ram breeding experience? They are easy to breed but very hard to raise unless the parents do it which is pretty rare for new pairs.
I have several pairs and breed rams ,EBR,and blacks at this time.
My signature has my fish room in it.

There's not many places that will do this for you. Most fish are sold before there old enough to even be sexed let alone paired up. The above poster may very well be your only chance.

Yep I’ve gotten some spawns out of them. I take them when they’re wigglers and raise them. I have some ready to sell to a LFS and the rest should be ready in a few weeks. Of course once I finally learned a lot and got a good routine going, it looks like they may not ever spawn again lol. I guess technically I could put a different male with my female or vice versa? Or see if any of my juveniles pair? Although I’m not sure if parents with fry, or siblings, is a bad thing?

Oh, I’m in a Facebook group and someone is interested in getting some GBR’s for her 55 gallon. Can you pm me and let me know how she can get in contact with you?

Yeah, I got spoiled with that being my first ram purchase experience lol. I’m super disappointed they aren’t selling anymore.

Fry with parents or fry with fry can be a bad thing if you start with bad stock. If you have good stock to start with you can line breed(in breed) them and get 50 or more healthy generations from that line.
