I got some garlic guard incase I needed to add meds to food but is there any benefit of adding garlic to food regularly.
Will it be the same as using fresh garlic or is it basically just flavor?
Is there is benefit, should I use it once daily or once/twice weekly?
    Any ideas?

It is suppose to help build the immune system. I use it when feeding dry food such as freeze dried brine shrimp. I soak the food in it instead of tank water. Usually once a week for me. If fish has been sick or injured, I’ll use it to build them back up. Fish love it and gives a variety of flavor to them.

Daily is probably a bit excessive then. I was think more like weekly since their pellets have a little garlic anyways. But I wanted it on hand if I need to mix meds with food so they're more likely to eat it.

I add a little whenever I feed frozen foods. Makes the food extra tasty and helps with my fish's overall health.

Yea. I feed frozen once a week and I feed seaweed once a week.
So I'll see which one works best for me. Maybe I'll try it soaked on cucumber or zucchini bc my fish just ignored it the two times I tried.1
