Fungus or parasite? Maybe columnaris?

I'm having a heck of a time with my 72 gallon community tank the last few weeks. I lost two ember tetras to some mysterious color fading and lateral line darkening, 2 sparkling gouramis to a pinkish white spot on their head just above their mouth (I asked for advice on the forum, but didn't get any responses) and now I have a platy with a mysterious white spot on her side. I've been moving the sick fish to a hospital tank as I notice their symptoms, but I haven't had any luck treating any of them. I haven't moved the platy yet. The water is 0/0/0 - yes I'm 100% sure it is cycled and my test kit works. The tank is planted, and right after adding ferts, I see a slight color change in my nitrate test, but it normally sits at 0. pH is 7.6-7.8 depending on how recently I did an water change. GH 8, KH 4. Temp 76 F. Water changes 25% 2x weekly.

The bump on the platy is raised and looks a little fungusy, but I'm not sure. She's still eating and swimming just fine, but her fins are a bit clamped. I have a hospital tank that I could move her to, but what should I treat her with/do for her?

Well, whatever it is, PraziPro took care of it. I dosed the whole tank yesterday. This morning I couldn't find her, so I was afraid that she died, but I didn't have time to search the entire tank. This evening she was out and about, swimming normally without clamped fins, and the white spot was gone.
