Fungus or columnaris??

Akc22

Picked up a school of Colombians exactly 3 weeks ago. This guy has looked like this since I’ve got him. I’ve been treating with Ich-X for the past 4 days as someone suggested on another forum, thinking it was a fungus. Hard to get a clear pic of that. He’s fast. Haven’t been able to catch him either.

my paranoid self worries it may be a slow columnaris, due to some pale discoloration on scales, which is hard to catch in a pic. My other fish seem fine, so I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want to pull out the big guns with antibiotics if I don’t need to. I do have furan-2 and kanaplex on hand, if you all feel as though this is something worse. Thoughts?
