Should I change water of the Mollies fry regularly?

The best thing to do is put them in a fry trap. If you don't have one cut a bunch of small slits in a plastic container and sand down any sharp edges, just make sure the holes are small enough so the fish won't get out but big enough for good water flow. I did that with my platy fry and it works

Yeah here you go. You can use one of those magnetic glass cleaners to hold it on, just put the inside of the trap and the glass between it.

 

Do daily water changes if you don't have a filter and chuck some live plants in there with the fry
