This my first time feeding frozen brine shrimp to my fish and I was wondering what prep. was involved if there's any. I saw some posts but everyone seems to do it differently some people said just put it in, other say you have to soak it in warm water for awhile.

I'm sure this question has been answered many times so don't get angry!

There will be various methods, none right, none wrong. It's just your preference and what your fish react positively to.

I take a small scoop of tank water, stir in some Garlic Guard or Vita Chem, dump in 1 cube of frozen food, let it thaw out for at least 10 minutes. Then, that one cube feeds our 4 tanks. A little goes a very long way.

I soak mine in a little bit of tank water to thaw it out. I wouldnt want my fin babies to get an "frozen ice cream(shrimp) headache" :)

What kind of fish do you have? Have you already checked that lettuce is on their food list?
