Fungus. Treat with anti fungal from you local aquarium store.

Will this hurt any of my fish?

The fungus might spread, which would hurt your fish, but an anti fungal from an aquarium store won't do anything to your fish.

Oh, if you can, quarantine the frog while treating it, but treat the main tank too in case one of your fish has a less developed fungus infection.

Fungal infections are usually secondary infections from injuries. I would definitely recommend quarantine the frog and treat him!!

API fungle treatment? If I’m reading it right I will have to treat him in a separate tank and treat my main tank as well.
