Anyone have any idea on why a seahorse would suddenly become lethargic? My friend's seahorse asked me questions which I have no answer to (because I own betta fish)
So would anyone know why a seahorse would be lethargic? It's a male if that helps.

Hello!
What are his parameters and type of seahorse. Any chance it might be pregnant as well?

Wait what is it's gender? Because it's the males that get pregnant instead of the females..
But yes, could you give us tank size, tank inhabitants and tank parameters (ammonianitritenitrate)
And send us a pic if you can.

0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and within good parameters for nitrate. Tank size is a 45 gallon tank with two seahorses, and yes, it is possible that the male may be pregnant.
