Freeze drying foods?

Anyone know how to freeze dry foods, like they do to blood worms? I will look up stuff on my own too, but I will be culturing stuff soon. So I would like to know how to make my own dried treats! Thanks!

I just looked at how to do it and I don't think I could do it, but would baking or sun drying the foods keep the same results? I know it may have less nutrients than to freeze dry, but it's simpler for me to do!

If you're culturing live foods your fish will find the live version to be far more of a treat than a frozen or freeze dried version. Let em have it fresh

I was actually looking to add it to their pellets. I will also be feeding them the lives too though! I know you can buy freeze dried krill and put it in their pellet mix, but since I'm already going to culture stuff I wanted to add it to their pellets. Plus if I could make my own pellets/flakes the brine shrimp and stuff would also be added! Thanks!!
