Freeze Dried Or Frozen?

I don't feed my betta freeze dried treats, I feed him frozen. I just want to know if feeding him freeze dried will give the same nutrition because it seems a lot more convenient.

Only thing about freeze-dried foods is that if you don't pre-soak them, they can swell in your fish's stomach and cause bloating/constipation. So, if you want to feed freeze-dried foods, I'd soak them for at least 30 seconds before feeding.

I've heard the freeze drying process removes a lot of nutrients... kinda like junk food. Personally, I definitely go with frozen food over dried

Nutritionally- Live>frozen>dried foods. Or we wouldn't bother with anything but easy flake foods.
