Freebie that grew on my driftwood

When I first noticed this plant on my driftwood I thought it might be some fuzz from a piece of thread or yarn, but it has slowly turned into a plant. The only issue I have is that I don't know what it is, I think it might be Java Moss but haven't seen any in real life to be able to tell. I planted a Java Fern, Dwarf Sag and some water sprite at the same time as I put in the driftwood, but can't imagine that this hitchhiked in with them.

Thanks for the quick response. From a quick google it looks like fairly hardy stuff which is good since my tank is decidedly low light/low to no tech. At the rate it's growing it will cover the log in about 10 years.
