a cat and her 6 kittens out in the back shed, they look like 4 weeks old, i have moved them into the garage and my cat out to the yard (hes not too happy about that), she pretty freindly and doesnt mind us handling the kittens, i think she is just happy to being feed, my wife has earmarked 2 kittens to keep.

Good for you for taking care of them. Don't forget to spay/neuter them and mom when the kittens get old enough :)
Give your cat extra treats and pats for being moved out into the yard :)

Id advise taking the whole lot to the vet if possible. Of course, keep them away from your other cat, too risky to get any diseases or parasites crossed.
