Found My African Dwarf Frog Dead

I found my African dwarf frog dead today at the bottom of the tank it looked bloated but that’s it. Wasn’t showing any symptoms or signs I have 3 others in the same tank I did 100% water change after I got the frog out. I’m not sure how long it was in there before I found him. Should I be worried about my other 3 frogs??

Doing a 100% water change is detrimental for aquatic animals. Catching also stresses them out.

Most likely. It may be a temperature shock or stress. Also, do you know what your parameters are?

No I don’t I don’t have a kit to test my water at the moment. I have a heater in my tank to keep the water at 77

Without a test, I could not say that stress, shock, or water parameters is the cause for your frog's death. Your tank isn't probably cycled, who knows.

I’ve had them over a month and the tank is brand new I got the water treatment and put it in the water and put my frogs in. I did get the water tested about a week and a half of having them cuz the water looked cloudy but the water test showed everything good.

Tbh, saying that the water quality is good doesn't mean anything. You may be testing your water with test strips, which is notorious for being inaccurate. If I were you, I would invest on an API Master Test Kit.

Go and invest your money on an API Master Test Kit. Test strips yields inaccurate readings.

I wouldn't rely the pet store to test your water.

I would wait until you have the money to buy the kit. In the meantime, monitor your frog's behavior and read up the nitrogen cycle if you're not familiar with it. Also, buying a test kit on Amazon is much cheaper than buying it at the pet store.
