Fortunate Unfortunate

Hello all,

I thought it would be fun to kick off a game of Fortunate Unfortunate. If you don't know what that is, here's the rundown. Basically, the first person (me) says something Fortunate, as in "This dude has some Electric Blue Rams". The next person says something Unfortunate, such as "Unfortunately, the EBR's turned to stone" and the next person says something Fortunate, such as "Fortunately, the dude knew a witch who turned his EBR's normal again" and so on.
So, how bout it guys? I'll start it off.
Once upon a time, there was a dude who had a 55 gallon full of......aquatic squirrels.

Fortunately, the owner made teeny tiny little submarines for them so they could survive.

Lol this might get confusing. Maybe we should make it so that once you post, you have to wait after the next 10 posts to post again? Yours wins jinjerJOSH22 so the aquatic squirrels who aren't so aquatic are floating on driftwood.
Edit: Or we could keep it this way.

Maybe a three turn skip?

Fortunately, they all had fitness trainers and worked of their body fat and the lily pads stayed afloat.

Unfortunately, the new apple snails in the tank are not having any of the plants in their territory and absolutely demolished the lily.

Fortunately, the lily turned out to be a self-resurrecting tiger lotus.

Unfortunately, one of the squirrels was, in fact, aquatic and it swam down and ate the lotus bulb then the apple snails ate the remaining parts of the lily pads.

Fortunately the apple snails got super swole and the squirrels were able to stand on their shells to keep their heads out of the water

Unfortunately the tank is also inhabited by an alligator, that just woke up from all the scratching nails on the snail shells.

Fortunately the squirrels are better off on the floor, they run into the yard and disappear up the trees.

So Canaculus is there any objective to this? Is it keep the scenario going as long as possible? Be the one to end it?

Well, nikm128, you screwed it ALL up when you busted the tank, soaked the carpet, turned all the squirrels loose and unleashed a vegan alligator on a broccolI farm! Hmph! (lol)

Unfortunately, one of the aquatic squirrels is actually pregnant, and her honey abandoned her for the wild adventure. "She just wants a life for her baby. All on her own, no one will come. She's got to save him (daily struggle)"

Fortunately the vegan alligator volunteered to be a free babysitter so the momma squirrel could get her groove on again on Friday nights. This was good because now she didn’t have to spend her nights tending the broccolI farm.

Unfortunately, the vegan alligator knew absolutely nothing about growing broccolI and the entire crop was threatened by a swarm of hungry stink bugs.

Fortunately, a flock of starlings ate all of the stink bugs and the alligator used google to learn how to grow broccoli

Fortunately, the sheep's milk is good for the baby squirrels and can be sold for enough money to buy heaps of broccolI for the alligator.

(I love how invested this story is. Proper novel right here, 10/10 would read)

Unfortunately for the newly freed squirrels the dude had MTS and rounded up the escaped squirrels. Back into a spare 120 gallon tank they went. But he learned his lesson and put them in acrylic!

Unfortunately the dude forgot that the squirrels can't swim... again

Should have been fortunately(?) But I'll roll with it.

Fortunately, the squirrels had dropped by the Y during their spare time and learnt how to swim before being put back in the tank.

I'm gonna give you all of my love,

Fortunetly, the inhabitants of the aquarium were intelligent enough to cycle their own tank. Their cories BTW.

lisa99

Unfortunately the alligator rejoined them and the bio load crashed the cycle resulting in a swamp!

Fortunately they lived in the Everglades so their swamp fit right in and became part of the biome.

Fortunately, the vegan alligator and aquatic squirrels had enough money from the sheep and hired their former owner to work as their guard.

Unfortunately for the squirrels the carnivorous alligators planted a mole within their ranks.

Fortunately for the squirrel’s new guard, it gave him something to do.

Unfortunately the guard didn’t take his sons baseball and bat away… the son was playing ball in the house again and thumped his dad on the head when he hit the ball… the guard is in a coma now

Fortunately they didn’t have thumbs so they kept dropping their makeshift swords and gave up, only to start a brawl.

Fortunately, this time, the squirrels find out the fake squirrel's identity, as no squirrel can have such a humongous body and such a long mouth
