Forsyth Aquatics

I was in Forsyth Aquatics this morning with my daughter. It's owned by Harpua2002 and her husband. I've gotten fish from them before, but I think this was my first "official purchase". I've never had trouble with any of her fish being sick.

Her tanks were in excellent condition, her fish were healthy, and she refused to sell me some fish because she was concerned that they weren't 100% healthy.

She also only allowed my daughter to pick out the snails that she felt comfortable were in good health.

Her plants were gorgeous and she was very knowledgeable about lighting requirements. I'll be adding some plants to my betta tanks after I change my bulbs.

Just wanted to share my experience. With so many LFS that have fish in poor health, it's wonderful to have another that we can rely on.

So did I. I don't remember if I posted about it elsewhere, so I'll just post here that they've been flourishing in my 10 gallon and I'm soon going to try moving them to my 29g. They're growing wonderfully.

 

I wish I were closer. Hahaha.

I wish I did not live so far away bb I would love to see harpua, and her husbands aquaurium setup. So I will just keep bugging her for pictures lol.

 

I should arrange a plane trip to Georgia just to see that fish store! I'm sure Harpua does a great job of taking care of the fish (I've seen pics of them). I'll just be a tourist.
