Live food, Daphnia, Brine Shrimp, ECT. I also recommend frozen food. My favorite brand is San Francisco brand.

I have a bunch of live foods growing in my pond and my guppies eat all of it. They're piggies.
Daphnia, mosquito larvae and white worms is what they eat most of the times

Same as fissh. Ive had guppies since I was born. Literally over 40 years. Ive only ever fed them flake food and never had a problem. Guppies are super easy, no need to make it complicated.
