Foaming Bubbles In Bleached Fish Tank

hi, I recently bleached my 6 gallon betta tank due to a weird white fungus/bacteria to get rid of it. I poured a 1 pry bleach10 part water solution into the tank white it was running for 15 mins the drained it and let it dry for 24 hours, I then filled it with water and dechlorinator and let it sit for 2 hours and did this twice and then completely wiped the tank down dry and I have filled it back on with all new stuff new heater, filter, sand plants and rocks. There are foam like bubbles at the surface of the tank that just gather and don’t pop and I can pick them up with my hand and they don’t put it is like I’m touching soap. What is this? And is this safe for fish? Or is it residue from the bleach? Anyone know? Thank you

What bleach did you use exactly. Some have soaps and other things that may cause this.

Rinse it out until it stops producing the bubbles. I can't think of anything good for your fish coming from bubbles that you can hold in your hand.

Is this a "splashless" bleach?

Does it say what the concentration of Sodium Hypochlorite is? If it is less than 5% you have a splashless bleach...

If you don't mind, can you show the back label of the jug?

Here’s the rest of the jug, it’s the dollar store brand, I don’t see anywhere where it would say what % it is

I’m not sure if this could be a factor but I did add pimafix to the tank on the first day after I set it up about a week ago to try to pretreat the tank for the fungus/bacteria I had. Could this cause the bubbles? Or do you think it’s residue from the bleach

The bleach does not have instructions or specifies that it is used as a disinfectant. Typically this means the concentration of SH is lower than 5% which is usually indicative of a laundry/splashless bleach and may have added detergents.

From what I could gather the SH content of this Bleach is only 3%.

So does this mean my tank is ruined and there’s no way to get rid of the residue or do I just need to rinse it a lot?

Just keep rinsing and use plenty of dechlorinator, and in the future use products with clearly printed information and ingredients.

Do you think whatever I had in my tank is dead now from the bleach I used? Or should I rebleach it with the proper type of bleach? Or should I just rinse it really well until there are no bubbles and see what happens
