Fluval Fx6 on 75 Gallon? Overkill?

I know this isn't my first thread on similar questions but as I research more my questions change. I'm nearly set on a Fluval Fx6 for a 75 gallon mbuna tank. By looking around I'm not quite sure whether this is overkill or not. Would this filter work fine on a 75 gallon mbuna tank? Are there any reasons why I SHOULDN'T do this?

IMO it should be fine as long as the fish aren't being thrown around the tank. I have recently ordered a Fluval 306 for my 34g. If the flow is just a bit too strong, then you could always position the outflow so that some of it is dissipated across the glass.

I was a bit concerned about strength of the water flow. Hopefully if it's even a problem I can do something about it.
