I have a 306 Fluval canister filter on a 72 gallon bow front tank.I just bought a Fluval 406 canister filter.I have had the Fluval 306 running for a year with no leaking problem.I have heard some horror stories with canister filter leaking and I'm thinking about returning the 406 and getting rid of both canister filters and using the aquaclear 110 Instead. Then I don't have to worry about the o-ring seal or anything else leaking when I'm not home and destroying my apartment And the apartment below me.Has anyone on this forum had problems with canister filters leaking ? is anyone using the AquaClear 110 hang on the back filter? And if so is it very Noisy ??
