Flukes with a failed treatment. Now ich … heat treatment advice please.

Blacksheep1

I’ve treated for flukes with sterazim , with worsening symptoms and aggression. I did two 40% water changes morning and evening and ran carbon for two days.

I ordered another med- fluke solve , unfortunately I don’t like meds but I can’t see another choice at this point, ive not dosed yet.

this morning I noticed ich on a couple of tetras and the angel ( he’s compromised anyway so I expect his immune system to be lacking ) I’m assuming it’s the stress from either medicating, the aggression or the missed water change during treatment. I started slowly raising the temp by 1 degree an hour, it’s stuck at 29.3 on maximum. I did a 30% water change with a thorough sand vac and added back 30c water. It’s still at 29.3. There’s slowly more spots throughout the day.

Do I add salt ? ( one pleco and one Cory, his new friends aren’t big enough to add yet )

Do I go and buy another heater to up the temp to 30? And just perform water changes daily?

Do I lower temp and go and buy yet another med ( least favourite option as when they are better ill have to dose the fluke solve )

seems like there’s always something wrong at the minute.
