Flame angelfish question

I was wondering, if I got a flame angelfish, what other fish could be compatible and fit in my aquarium? I have a 28 gallon tank, with a ten gallon sump. There are not currently any fish in the tank.

 

I'd recommend a 3 ft. (30 long or more) tank for any centropyge angels... just my opinion.

If you're going to get one anyway, I'd suggest one of the smaller species of clownfish (ocellaris, percula, perideraion, sandaracinos, etc.). You might have some luck with some of the more peaceful dottybacks instead, or maybe even something like a royal gramma or firefish. I'd suggest adding the more aggressive fish last- in many cases, it will be the angel.

Lets say I did get one. Could I get a flame angel, 2 ocellaris clownfish, firefish and a skunk cleaner?

 

If you're going to get one anyway, I'd leave the firefish out of your list. Your tank will be stocked with the angel and clowns. You can keep a cleaner shrimp too.

Yea. They're all zero, except pH. That's 8.2. And SG that's 1.026.

 

What would be a good medium size fish that can be the spotlight in my tank, but still have enough room for about three more fish?

 

Royal gramma.
