FIXED - rolls eyes smiley duplicated

HI Mike. Absolutely not urgent, but I think we have the roll eyes smiley twice. One is called 'roll eyes (sarcastic)' and the other one is called just 'roll eyes'. But they're exactly identical. (as far as I can tell)
