okay, so currently I'm doing a fishless cycle for my 5.5 gallon tank. I decided to follow christine Ha’s tutorial on youtube for this since the video, imo, gave the best explanation for me to understand cycling since this is my first time cycling a tank. Now I'm currently on day 9 of my cycle and so far, I haven't seen much. I started with 3.0ppm the first time I tested my water, which I know is a little under the average range you want to be. Ive been testing every two days and the only change ive seen is that now ive dropped to 2.0ppm. Also, I add about 10ML of bacteria daily but today I decided to add 15ML bacteria. The brand I'm using is API quick start nitrifying bacteria. I know cycling takes time, but is this normal...? Ive been so nervous about doing this correctly. I may just be acting impatient, but I wanna hear your guys thoughts.
