Fishless cycle with plants

New to the hobby and am early on in the fishless cycle. I want to add some plants, which I understand is a good idea anway. My Gravel is course, and there is one piece of fake driftwood in there as well as two fake plants which I plan on removing when I get live ones. Any advice,
-Thanks-

Welcome

This is the ten gallon tank you're cycling? You're planning on stocking it with 3 giant danios?

No I returned the Danios. I'm planning on stocking it properly when the cycle concludes.

Good thinking

I'd recommend Wisteria, and Aponogenton (the bulby things). Both are quite tough, and will grow like weeds.

Have appropriate lighting if you are attempting live plants. For a 10 gal, a 15 watt fluorescent bulb would be enough for low light plants. Some low light plants are java ferns, anubias, wisteria, aponogenton bulbs, java moss.
