That’s why I like Rachel O’Leary and SerpaDesign. Rachel focuses on giving updates about her fish and just showing footage of them enjoying the tanks, rather than messing with them constantly. Tanner mostly shows the average maintenance, and focuses on adding new plants to improve the already existing setups. No extra stress to the fish. He does make new setups fairly often, but many of them don’t have any fish or creatures in them to be stressed. I remember Flip Aquatics added 1000 Blue Bolt shrimps to a 480gal... and then less than a year later he said he wanted to replace them all.

But then again, he only really deals with monster tank and fish, so he doesn’t have much experience with smaller tanks.
