    Hi,

My brother had the same issue on his Molly and platy community. The Molly was being blown about and swimming vertically, after a few days it died but I'm not sure if you have the same issue.

Can you give us some more information?

Tank size? What fish do you have in there, and what fish did you just add?

Water parameters? pH, temp, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates

May I please ask what "normal" means when it come to your parameters? I would start with another water change and see if that helps any. Any other symptoms besides the swimming incorrectly?

How many of each species do you have and how many of each species did you add?

Nitrates shouldn't be 0, so I would say your tank isn't cycled. This can cause issues.
