I’ve had my current tank around 2 years and I have 1 keyhole cichlid, 6 harlequin rasboras, 2 false bandit corries, 3 ottos. I started out with 6 corries but over the couple years 4 has died and I had 7 ottos a few months ago and am now down to 3. I’m thinking about either rehoming most of my fish or starting a new tank entirely but this time I want to stock my tank with colorful fish. I want fish that are peaceful. I have a 36 gallon bow front and I would prefer fish that are easier to take care of as I am still a beginner. Any advice?

Any reasonably sized pleco, lots of schooling fish(i.e. tetras, barbs, and rasboras), and some center piece fish(i.e. angelfish, cichlids[i.e. rams, keyhole, and kribensis], gourami, and rainbowfish).
