Fish keep dying

    Okay I have a 65 gallon saltwater tank been up for about 2 and a half months steadily at 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 to 10ppm nitrates I have a snowflake eel and 2 blue damsels a coral banded shrimp and a starfish and they don't seem to be effected at all but it seems as if any other fish I add after about a week it'll start laying on the bottom then swim for a minute then go back to laying on the bottom (kole tang 2 nickel sized angel fish a boxfish) I don't know what the problem is I need some help I'm so confused

    Also my pH in in between 8 and 8.5 and I do weekly 30% water changes and cleaning

    Maybe you're not acclimating them well enough?

    You have cycled the tank is my guess. Maybe something is eating them or attacking them.

    I usually use the drip method over about 20 to 30 mins long should I do longer?

    Yes my tank is cycled and I've never witnessed anything even trying to attack them

    I just read a really in depth article about it and man I was only doing it about halfway right. I'm a idiot lol
