I have a fish in my 10 gallon aquarium. He has a slate colored body, eyes with a black stripe over them, a reddish orange dorsal fin, tail, and the fins on his side. He has fins on his underside (3 total) that are varying shades of black and red. He has two "whiskers" above his mouth. What type of fish is this (He's freshwater too), and is it fine for him to be in a 10g with a White Cloud Mountain Guppy? Thanks, B.

Sounds like some kind of barb, tinfoil barbs have reddish fins!

Cherry barbs have the stripe through the eye though.

    Welcome to fishlore!
It does sound like a rainbow shark. Post pictures when you are able.

WCMMs are not suitable for a 10g, and if this fish is a rainbow shark it definitely is not, as they need a 55g minimum.
