Currently In a 125 I have
1 sebrum
1 black goest knife
1 dinosaur ill
1 clawed toe frog ( not growing so maybe a min)
4 silver dollars
2 bristle nose pleco
3 silver tip sharks
2 loaches ( yellow and white spotted)

All fish seem fine exept the sharks have shown signs of ICH a week I have treated 4 days with ICH out and have that the temp turned up to 80-82 sense onset the sharks now have gapped chewed up top fins and ones. Fin is blood red there is no salt in the tank I was afraid it would hurt the other fish my water is 0,0,<20 always

so your saying the fin looks chewed up? this may be fin rot and not ich. do you have a QT aquarium? if so then get those sharks out and put them in the QT aquarium.

if not, then turn the heat up and add aquarium salt. that's the only "less harmful" and effective treatment you can give, just turning the heat up will only cause the organism to multiply quickly. the salt is used to kill them when free floating.

hmmm QT would be helpful.
...but...
I'm not to sure about the ghost knife. i'm saying this because eels are sensitive but I'm not versed on ghost knife; the frog also. the loach and other fish I know you can have them go through a salt treatment but because of the loach, not an aggressive treatment.

maybe some one who is well versed with ghosts and frogs should step in this thread.

Try to find medicated food. If not, you might have to treat the whole tank with medication. The QT tank cycling can also be sped up with Nutrafin Cycle. Make sure anything you put in is safe for all of your fish. Good luck!
