Fish flashing no white spots.

I have a 29 gallon freshwater aquarium 5 zebra danios, 1 male gold dust molly, and a brstlenose pleco. Water parameters . Ammonia 0ppm, nitrite 0ppm, nitrate 20ppm. Temp 80degrees.
I thought my ich battle was over after 10 days using the heat treatment at 86 degrees. I’m on day three of having the temp back down at 80 and all my danios are rubbing against the ornament in my tank. I have looked at them all closely and see no white spots. I also noticed what looks like detritus worms on the glass. I have had this tank for three months. I’m at a loss. What should I do?

Be a good idea to bump the temp back up to 86 or 87 degrees. Ick is probably still present inside the gills. Maybe one more week of heat.

I was thinking maybe it’s flukes. One of my danios has protruding scales and all of them have red gills . My molly has been glass surfing to. My ph has not changed at all when I checked it today so I know it’s not anything like my decor .

Flukes usually show up when new fish are introduced into the tank.

I had a danio with decaying tale and my Molly’s came in with white or red stringy poo and one of the females that I lost had a sunken belly hunch back thing going on. That was a month ago.

Might be a good idea to buy from another fish store.

Ya it was live aquaria . They refunded me but the damage was already done and I did not have a quarantine tank at the time . I have one now that my last female molly is in because my male was harassing her so much .
