for my finally cycled 20 gal, I was thinking this...

-10 neon tetras
-3 oto's or cory's
-1 sunset dwarf gourami

will this be alright? what order should I add these fish?

Ya, it should be fine, but just remember that regular neons, are getting harder to keep. I would go with black neons.

U should always go for beauty, hardyness is not a factor if u maintain your tank properly.

I always go for hardiness! Neville, we can't agree on a single thing today!

tetras, corys then gourami.. probably adding the tetras in 2 or 3 batches to not put a sudden overload of ammonia on the cycled tank.
