Hi I recently posted a thread but I'm looking for a new combination of community fish and please no fin bitters and no any other aggressive fish. I also want lots of colors, shapes and sizes so please help and thank you for your opinions.

In a 55 gal I think 6x bosemani rainbow would look great!
Nice looking fish but someone already told me about that @NavigatorBlack

I actually have a similar thread going at the moment for my own 55 gallon tank! Feel free to check out what others have recommended for me over here: Centerpiece Fish Help
Okay I will stop by. Thanks!!

How about
1 EBA
5 Bolivian Rams(1 Male 4 Females)
12 Bronze Cories
16 Rummynose Tetras
1 Angelfish
1 BN Pleco
Temp. 76' F
Hmm like it but not all that exciting I want mostly schooling fish but thanks for helping!!

Sure, shoot away.
1) Can I have bleeding hearts tetras instead of glowlight.
2) Can I have panda corys instead of bronze.
3) Can I have honey gourami instead of the cichlids and if so how many.
4) Will I be able to keep some shrimp?

I would say do the schooling fish at around 14-16 each and the Honey Gouramis at 3 or 4, i was just listing the max possible stock. As for the Amano Shrimp, i would do 30-40 because they can't breed and up their numbers by themselves. If you do Cherry Shrimp i would start off with 20 and let them stay in the tank a month before fish are added so they can breed and multiply.

Personally I think this is a bit overstocked for a 55g:

16 Bleeding Heart Tetras
16 Skirt Tetras(6 Black 6 White/Gold 4 Glofish)
18 Panda Cories
3-5 Honey Gourami(1 Male 2-4 Females)
Amano Shrimp(Don't know if Bleeding hearts eat them or not)

I would go with around a dozen each of the Tetras and a dozen Cories as well. Amano shrimp have a pretty negligible bioload, so I wouldn't worry about them overstocking your tank. It's more a matter of having enough floor space for the shrimp and the cories to share. I imagine you could do at least 15-20 Amanos easily. That said, are you planning on putting live plants/moss/driftwood in your tank? They love exploring nooks and crannies. The cories also like having placed to hide out. I actually have both Amanos and Panda Cories in my tank right now and plan on getting more of both!

Sounds like a winner! I hope you'll share photos once you've got it all up and running! My shrimp's favorite hangout spot is cholla wood with java moss on it.

A lot of people consider rams and angels but I don't want any cichlids only schooling fish with lots of colors and I don't like rummynose tetras what about cardinals instead? But I do like honey gourami or any other schooling dwarf gouramis?
