Hello,
My cousins are getting a new tank, first they have had in a while. Here is my plan
It says I would only be %87 stocked and with all these live plants they will have I think the tank will be okay as long as all those fish are compatible.
The plants are
The tank will be dosed weekly with API leaf Zone fertilizer and the substrate will be Activ-Flora Planted Aquarium Substrate for the bottom layer and sand for the top layer. Temperature will be set at 75 if that’s the best.

I recommend adding the pandas last. I almost made the mistake of getting the too early and they got upset when I had a spike in ammonia. I don’t know much about the other fish but the bronze Cory’s are supposedly extremely hardy so they should be fine as long as the tank is cycled and you use a bacteria supplement.

What size tank? The other fish may be alright with the acara, but I’d be concerned for the guppies as they would likely be small enough to eat.

The guppies and amanos likely will get eaten by a full grown EBA.

It’s a 40 breeder

What’s the EBA

I’m using one of my filter cartridges from one of my cycled tanks to hopefully cycle the tank within a week

electric blue acara, I see you have listed blue acara, which if that is the actual fish it will be getting even larger than the electric blue acara.

Okay so what is a good single centerpiece fish?

What about a pearl scale gourami or a dwarf gourami?

If you can get an Electric Blue Acara it wouldn't be as easy for it to eat your fish, however a blue gourami or similar (get around 5-6 inches long, people friendly, smaller mouth to make it less likely to eat fish) would be an option.
