So I posted a few weeks ago and all the feedback was I needed more caves for my cichlid tank for when they mature and become more territorial.
we were already treating a very very large piece of mopani wood and I got some mountain stone and re did the entire aquarium. This is my first time trying to manually hardscape something and we have plans to add more caves when I get more stone. Let me know what you think but be gentle
what we did:
Got rid of fake bubble rock, got removed fake caves for time being added 2 piece mopani wood, 24 lbs of rock, added several attached anubias. Moved stuff around
before and after
First pic is nighttime light settings second is morning so there is a bit of reflection off the background in the 2nd that makes it look hazier than it really is.
