Firemouth Cichlid Questions

HI Everyone,
My FireMouth is going in to the new 80 gallon today and I have some questions about him.

1). In general, how big do they get?
2). How do you sex them?
3). My FireMouth is rather docile, had anyone else kept a docile FM?
4). What do you feed your FireMouths?

1). In general, how big do they get? Generally, about 6 inches SL.
2). How do you sex them? With great difficulty. All the stuff about fin length does not apply to this species. Mostly I watch behavior
3). My FireMouth is rather docile, had anyone else kept a docile FM? Docile is a relative term, but females are usually less aggro.
4). What do you feed your FireMouths? Most any prepared/frozen foods, live worms. They are omnivorous sifters.

Smallish, About 6" or so.

All I've had have been pretty docile.
